Predominantly Orange Blossom: aromatic, clear and smooth taste. Used to sweeten drinks and in morning preparations such as fruit, cereals and breads. To decrystallize, simply heat in a water bath at 40ºC to 45ºC and the honey will return to its normal consistency.

Take it pure or add to fruits, shakes, juices etc.
