Predominantly Eucalyptus Tree Blossom: darker honey with a characteristic eucalyptus aroma. To obtain decrystallization, simply heat in a water bath at 40ºC to 45ºC and the honey will return to its normal consistency.

Suggestions for use: take it pure or add to fruits, shakes, juices etc.
